However, your personal contact information will never under any circumstances, be sold or freely distributed to other parties without your prior consent. At anytime, you may also remove your contact info from our registrant database.

Job seekers may review and correct (if necessary) their profile/resume information or remove their profile by requesting a copy of their profile information and/or resume in writing or via email. The profile information and/or resume will be provided by Panache IT within five working days. Any corrections, updates or removal necessary will be made within five working days of their receipt.

Client burden of confidentiality.

Panache IT clients agree to take every reasonable measure to protect and ensure the confidentiality of any and all personal candidate information (including, but not limited to, applications and resumes) supplied to them by Panache IT. In addition, clients agree not to disclose information about Panache IT private and contractual practices.
Resumes and personal information will not be made available to marketing firms, advertisers or any other third parties.

Resumes are accepted for evaluative purposes and are held to assess potential candidates for specific types of assignments. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain confidentiality, resumes submitted by potential candidates may be viewed internally by Panache IT employees and externally by Panache IT clients with potential job positions to fill.
